{"id":90,"date":"2009-02-22T14:57:06","date_gmt":"2009-02-22T13:57:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hieristdasrezept.de\/?p=90"},"modified":"2009-02-22T16:08:58","modified_gmt":"2009-02-22T15:08:58","slug":"spaghetti-bolognese","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.hieristdasrezept.de\/?p=90","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti Bolognese"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>50 g Butter<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>180 g gew\u00fcrfelter Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksspeck<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 gro\u00dfe Zwiebel, feingehackt<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 M\u00f6hre, feingeschnitten<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 Selleriestange, feingeschnitten<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>500 g Rinderhack<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>500 ml Rinderbr\u00fche<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>250 g passierte Tomaten<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 kleine Dose Tomatenmark<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>120 ml Rotwein<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz, Pfeffer und <\/strong><strong>Messerspitze Muskat<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>500 g Spaghetti<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Die H\u00e4lfte der Butter in einer Pfanne erhitzen und darin den Speck goldbraun braten.<\/li>\n<li>Die Zwiebel, die M\u00f6hre und die Selleriestange zugeben und bei niedriger Hitze 8 min. k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Hitze erh\u00f6hen und die restliche Butter beigeben.
