{"id":416,"date":"2009-11-08T21:00:08","date_gmt":"2009-11-08T20:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hieristdasrezept.de\/?p=416"},"modified":"2009-11-08T21:02:49","modified_gmt":"2009-11-08T20:02:49","slug":"chili-con-carne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.hieristdasrezept.de\/?p=416","title":{"rendered":"Chili con Carne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 kg Rinderhackfleisch<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 rote Paprika<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 gr\u00fcne Paprika<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 Gem\u00fcsezwiebel<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 M\u00f6hren<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>3 Zehen Knoblauch<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 Dosen Kidneybohnen (ca. 800 g)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 Dosen Mais (ca. 300 g)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>4 EL Tomatenmark<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>3 Dosen Tomatenst\u00fccke<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>500 g passierte Tomaten<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>3 Chilischoten<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>150 ml Rotwein<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>200 ml Creme Fraiche<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>4 TL Rinderboullion<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 TL Basilikum<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>3 TL Cayennepfeffer<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 TL Zucker<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>4 TL Salz<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 TL Tabasco<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 TL Paprikapulver, scharf<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Die Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln und den Knoblauch fein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Die Paprikas und M\u00f6hren in St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Chilischote aufschneiden, entkernen und in feine St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Kidneybohnen in ein Sieb geben und absp\u00fclen.<\/li>\n<li>Das Hackfleisch in der Pfanne scharf anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Zwiebel, Paprika und Knoblauch dazu geben und braten bis das Fleisch braun ist.<\/li>\n<li>Mit dem Rotwein das Ganze abl\u00f6schen.<\/li>\n<li>In einen Topf umf\u00fcllen und mit Mais (mit Saft), Bohnen, passierte Tomaten, Tomatenst\u00fccke und -mark auf\u00fcllen.<\/li>\n<li>Bei mittlerer Hitze zugedeckt 20-30 min. k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Die restlichen Gew\u00fcrze und Creme Fraiche hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren 10 min. offen kochen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Am besten Ihr kocht es schon einen Tag zuvor.
